I’ve been feeling really down in the dumps for the past few weeks. Not the best. Shit just seems gloomy and pointless, which sucks because it’s sunny outside. I haven’t had a proper nights sleep in almost a week, instead, being awake until at least 4 am, waking up, just to fall asleep again and repeat the cycle over and over. Oddly enough, watching this video was the first thing to make me smile today, at midnight, so technically not even the same day. Oh well. Thank you Zenon, Alex Evans, and the rest for making me chuckle. It felt nice for the moment it lasted.
People always say that nothing changes if you don’t change yourself. It’s probably so true that I find a hard time buying it. Fake it til you make it is a load of bullshit. I’ve had “Why Bother?” by Weezer stuck in my head on loop. Maybe I need to learn to love myself again.
